How to Use Zaptroll
Follow this simple guide to get started with zaptroll and clean up your Instagram comments in minutes.
Sign In
Connect your Instagram account securely using OAuth. We never store your password.
- Click the 'Connect Instagram' button on the homepage.
- You'll be redirected to Instagram's login page.
- Enter your Instagram credentials to authenticate.
Grant Permissions
Allow ZapTroll to access your comments. We only request the minimum permissions needed.
- Review the permissions ZapTroll is requesting.
- Click 'Authorize' to grant access to your comments.
- You'll be redirected back to ZapTroll automatically.
Dashboard Overview
View your posts and see which ones have potentially toxic comments that need moderation.
- View your recent posts in the dashboard.
- Posts with potentially toxic comments are highlighted.
- Click on a post to view and moderate its comments.
Delete Comments
Review flagged comments and bulk delete them with a single click, or whitelist comments that were incorrectly flagged.
- Review comments flagged as potentially toxic.
- Select individual comments or use 'Select All' for bulk actions.
- Click 'Delete Selected' to remove comments from Instagram.
